Data protection declaration for the use of this website (according to GDPR)
The use of the gruberhof.it website is generally possible without providing personal data and data collected for statistical purposes during the visit is anonymized (see Cookies and Matomo). However, if you wish to make use of Gruberhof services, it may be necessary to process personal data [1]. In such a case, the consent of the data subject will be obtained (see contact/reservation form).
Server data
The website is located on a server in Falkenstein (Germany). So that it can be accessed, data is automatically transmitted from the Internet browser to the server and thus to my web space provider. This data, also known as server log files, includes your IP address, the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, which website you are currently visiting (i.e. ours) and the date and time of your access. The data is necessary both for technical purposes (accessing the website) and for security reasons in order to be able to carry out checks in the event of an attack on the network infrastructure. This data is also used for statistical purposes, although it is anonymized for this purpose.
SSL encryption
SSL encryption is used to protect the transmitted data, which is indicated by the prefix “https://” in the address bar of the browser. This encryption prevents third parties from reading the transmitted data. Unencrypted pages, on the other hand, can be recognized by the prefix “http://”.
